You will become the owner of the apartment, while we will take care of all the services as before, and in return we will pay you a guaranteed amount of up to € 1,125 per month for a three-bedroom apartment. Our apartments will be of a higher standard, adapted to world standards. For 17 years our guests have enjoyed their stay with us, and now we offer them something more – apartment accommodation that combines the comforts of home with the benefits of modern residences.
