Although the Holiday Inn is becoming a HI Residence, the hotel accommodation for our long-standing clientele remains and you can be part of it. You will become the owner of the apartment, while we will take care of all the services as before, and in return we will pay you a guaranteed amount of up to € 1,125 per month for a three-bedroom apartment. Our apartments will be of a higher standard, adapted to world standards. For 17 years our guests have enjoyed their stay with us, and now we offer them something more – apartment accommodation that combines the comforts of home with the benefits of modern residences.
